The purpose of this document is to set out how Quagga Tech Pvt Ltd (“ZOOP”, “us,” “our,” or “we”) collect, use, store, protect or otherwise process personal information about customers and other individuals (collectively "you" or “user”) who access or use our related sub-domains, mobile applications, sites, services and tools (the “Services”). By using our Services, you understand that we will collect and use your personal information as described in this Privacy Notice (“Notice”).
Your privacy is extremely important to us and we won’t ask you for your personal information unless we truly need it. We recommend that you read this Notice in full to ensure you are fully informed about the way we collect, use, store, or otherwise process your personal information as well as your privacy rights. This information may include, but is not limited to, the company's name, contact details, industry, and any other relevant information associated with the account. We use this information to provide and enhance our Services, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to communicate effectively with the Company.
Personal Information We Collect Automatically: We may automatically collect personal information from you and your devices when you use our Services, including when you visit our websites or apps without logging in.

2. Use of Personal Information
In general and subject to applicable law, we will use your personal information to provide, maintain, and improve our Services including purposes as stated hereunder:
- Provide you with and collect payment for the Services if requested by you
- Create your account and manage your relationship with us (e.g., communicating with you, providing you with requested information)
- Maintain and improve the security of the Services
- Troubleshoot the Services, including answering support questions, customer education and training, and resolving disputes
- Prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, unauthorized access to or use of our Services, breaches of terms and policies, or other wrongful behaviour
- Analyze, improve, and enhance the Services and research and develop new features and products

- To improve and enhance our Services, including the training and development of our artificial intelligence (AI) models. The metadata we collect may include, but is not limited to, usage patterns, interaction logs, and other relevant data points.
Other Uses: We may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to our website. For instance, we may monitor the most popular products/Services on the website. Where such information has been aggregated and anonymized so that it is no longer considered personal information under applicable data protection law, this Notice does not apply.
3. Protection of your Personal Information
We take great care in implementing, enforcing and maintaining the security of the Service, and our users’ Personal Information. ZOOP implements, enforces and maintains security policies to prevent the unauthorized or accidental access to or destruction, loss, modification, use or disclosure of personal data and monitor compliance of such policies on an ongoing basis. ZOOP is certified under ISO 27017:2022, ISO 27017: 2015, ISO 27018: 2019 and ISO 27701: 2019 and is additionally undergoing the process of being compliant under the SOC 2 compliance requirements.
4. Disclosures of Personal Information
- Employees/Contractors. We may disclose your personal information, on confidential grounds, to those of our employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations on a need to know basis in order to process it on our behalf or to provide Services available at our website/mobile application. Some of these employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country. By using our website/mobile application, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
- Advertising and Marketing Partners. We may allow third-party advertising and marketing technologies and parties that support our advertising and marketing efforts (e.g., ad networks, ad measurement services, advertising analytics providers, remarketing providers, etc.) on our marketing websites that use cookies and similar technologies to deliver relevant and targeted content and advertising to you on the marketing websites and other websites you visit and applications you use.
- Public or Government Authorities. We may disclose your personal information to comply with our legal obligations, regulations, or contracts, or to respond to a court order, administrative, or judicial process, such as a subpoena, government audit, or search warrant where we are legally compelled to do so. We also may disclose your information when there are threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of ZOOP policies or other agreements, or to protect the legal rights of third parties, including our employees, users, or the public.
- Corporate Transactions. Your personal information may be disclosed or transferred to relevant third parties in the event of, or as part of the due diligence for, any proposed or actual reorganization, sale, merger, consolidation, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or part of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceeding). If a corporate transaction occurs, we will provide notification of any changes to the control of your information, as well as choices you may have.
- Consent. We may disclose your personal information in other ways if you have asked us to do so or have given consent. For example, with your consent, we may post user testimonials that may identify you.
Your personal information may also be disclosed as described below:
- Your Employer or Organization. When you create an account or user role with an email address assigned to you as an employee, contractor, or member of an organization, that organization can find your account and take certain actions that may affect your account.
5. Retention of Personal Information
- We keep your personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The length of time for which we retain personal information depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws. Generally, this means we retain your personal information as may be necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Where there are technical limitations that prevent deletion or anonymization, we safeguard personal information and limit active use of it through implementing appropriate organizational technical and security measures.
- You agree, consent and acknowledge that ZOOP collects and retains metadata and statistical information concerning the use of our service which are not subject to the deletion procedures in this Notice and may be retained by ZOOP for no more than required to conduct its business.
- You may request information regarding the storage, retention and/or deletion of data by contacting us. ZOOP shall make reasonable efforts to respond in a reasonable time, subject to applicable law and to the protection of ZOOP’s trade secrets.
6. Google API Disclosure
The ZOOP App (i.e. ZOOP Dashboard created by Quagga Tech Pvt Ltd) use and transfer of information received from Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You may have the right to request access, change or delete certain personal data that we hold in relation to you, or to object to or restrict the processing of certain personal information, receive personal information in a usable electronic format and transmit it to a third party (also known as the right of data portability), and lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority.
If you want to update, correct, delete inaccuracies, or modify the information that we hold about you or if you no longer desire our Service or you want to discuss or exercise any of your rights under this Notice, please contact info@zoop.one further to which, we will require you to provide certain information for identity verification purposes. If you have an account with us, we may verify you through your login of your account. If you do not have an account with us, we may require you to provide additional information from which we can confirm your identity.
8. Applicable Law
Your use of our Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of your use may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in Pune in India and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.
9. Changes to this Privacy Notice
From time to time we may revise this Privacy Notice. If we make changes to this Notice, including a material change in the way we use your personal information, it will be deemed to be notified to and read and agreed by you on your using the website and/or related Services once we post the same on our website. Your continued usage will constitute express consent to us continuing to process your personal information in accordance with the terms of our revised Notice.
If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Information, you must notify us promptly that you wish to deactivate your account with us. Continued use of our Service after any change/ amendment to this Notice shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
